How to Make It
- Palette Selection: Gather double-sided 90lb cardstock and heavy crepe paper in deep burgundy, dark plum, midnight navy, and forest green.
- Dahlia Construction: Cut hundreds of small pointed cone petals. Glue them in tight concentric rings onto a 12-inch circular cardboard base, working from the outer rim inward to build a dense, spiky dahlia.
- Garden Rose Assembly: Roll long strips of scalloped crepe paper into tight spiraled rose centers, flaring outer cupped petals outwards for 12-to-16-inch bloom diameter.
