- Introduction & Concept: Clean-beauty consumers are turning away from commercial detergent bars in favor of palm-free, skin-nourishing artisan soaps. Natural mineral colorants, textured tops, and complex essential oil blends turn everyday hygiene into a spa ritual.
- Materials Needed: Olive oil, coconut oil, shea butter, castor oil, sodium hydroxide (lye), distilled water, essential oils, natural colorants (French green clay, rose kaolin, activated charcoal), stick immersion blender, digital scale, silicone loaf mold, and a soap-cutting wire tool.
- How to Make It:
- Weigh distilled water and lye crystals separately on a digital scale in a well-ventilated area, wearing safety goggles and gloves.
